I suggest saving points for OSRS GP Slayer Helmets. It's extremely helpful, and, with additional accessories, can be used for Maging/Ranging duties too. I'd suggest getting rid of the BGS and get a Whip/Ss. Depends on if you're training Strength, Attack, or Def. An Chaotic Rapier could be used for all 3 if you wish to purchase it. I had this in the past when I was a lower level.
In terms of basic stats I'd be able to score 50+. It looks as if that's Runecrafting in addition to Woodcutting? I just took a short glance of your profile. If you're looking for GWD I'd recommend around 85+, because it appears that you have Extremes and a few Chaotics or at most likely one. So work on 50+, and then 60+, 70+, etc...
Make sure you are 85+ in Attack and Defence and you can just reach 90 Strength. It is recommended to attain 70% Agility or more if you plan on going to Sara GWD, and I'd suggest 90+ Range for Arma. The rest of the armor looks fine to GWD, but you'll need Extremes as well as Piety and Chaotics. If you've got decent armor, you'll be fine.
To increase your scores, do whatever you believe is needed, certain quests require a certain amount in a specific skill. And that quest could lead you to an ideal weapon/armour/new location/etc. It's close to 99 fishing. It will only be trained faster as you improve your skills! So, maybe do some barbarian fishing or living caves to gain the perfect cape.
The process of runescape 2007 gold cutting wood is extremely simple and fast up until about the eighties, then I began to slow down to maybe a grade every week. Here's a short guide that will show you how fast you can reach: 1-15 Basic forests that are south of the ge either sell them to the ge, cut into unstrung bows and sell to general store, or burn the logs. Get the best hatchet you can get as soon as you're allowed to use it.
